1. What We Collect

• Account data: username, email address, hashed password
• Session data: brainstorm prompts, AI responses, moderator analyses
• Usage data: session counts, costs, timestamps
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers

2. How We Use It

• Provide and improve the Service
• Enforce usage limits and billing
• Communicate about your account

3. What We Don't Do

• We do NOT sell your data
• We do NOT use your brainstorm content to train AI models
• We do NOT share your data with third parties except payment processing (Stripe) and AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) as necessary to provide the Service

4. AI Model Providers

Your brainstorm prompts are sent to OpenAI (GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini) to generate responses. Each provider has their own data handling policies. We do not control how these providers process data beyond their API terms.

5. Data Retention

Session data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete individual sessions at any time. Upon account deletion, all data is removed within 30 days.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All connections use HTTPS/TLS. Data is stored on encrypted servers.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
