Terms of Service

1. Service

GAON ("the Service") is a multi-AI brainstorming platform operated at gaon.one. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to: generate illegal content, harass or harm others, circumvent usage limits through automated means, resell access without authorization, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Session limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC).

5. Content & Data

You retain ownership of content you submit. GAON does not use your brainstorm content to train AI models. Session data is stored on our servers for your access and may be deleted upon account termination. AI-generated responses are provided as-is without warranty of accuracy.

6. Limitations

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI responses, or availability of specific AI models. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or limits with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
